Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Gym Supervisor to monitor all gym activities and deliver an exceptional member experience 7 days a week. The role combines managing our Personal Training team with active participation in the gym team, and may include delivering Personal Training and classes.

The candidate should hold a CIMSPA Level 3 qualification, have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication, and experience in the fitness industry to foster an inclusive,

Qualifications

• Must have CIMSPA Level 3 qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Experience in the fitness industry and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise gym operations and ensure a high-quality member experience.
• Manage the Personal Training team and gym staff.
• Optionally deliver Personal Training and classes to members.
