Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Gym Supervisor to oversee all gym space activities and deliver a fabulous member experience seven days a week.

In this combined role you will lead our Personal Training Team, stay actively involved with the gym floor, and have the option to deliver Personal Training and our classes to members.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 3 to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gym activities and ensure member safety and satisfaction.
• Manage the Personal Training team and coordinate classes.
• Deliver Personal Training and group classes where appropriate.

Job description

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the look out for a passionate Gym Supervisor to join our team! As Gym Supervisor, you will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week. This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes.

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Have a passion about customer service.
