Job summary

Fitness First Ltd in London is seeking a proactive Salesperson to join our club team. You will engage with guests, tour booked appointments and walk-ins, and convert prospects into members while ensuring accurate data capture and a welcoming experience.

You’ll drive club revenue by promoting Fitness First products, maintain high service standards, and build relationships with members and local businesses. Strong communication and resilience help you hit daily targets and support the team ethos.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to meeting club revenue goals through the achievement of sales targets.
• Proficiency in selling both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Be proactive and self-motivated in performing expected duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold operational excellence.
• Tour booked appointments and walk-ins, converting them into members and capturing data.
• Promote Fitness First products and drive club sales.
• Collaborate with support functions to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate outreach activities to promote the club and identify improvement areas.
• Stay updated on membership fees and promotions and communicate them clearly.
• Maintain high sales integrity and warmly welcome new prospects and members.
• Build and maintain corporate relationships through events and networks.
• Retain existing members by delivering exceptional experiences.
• Help address feedback per Fitness First's complaints policy.
• Assist teammates and initiate positive interactions on the gym floor.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and complete checks.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the general manager.
