Job summary

Third Space in London is seeking ambitious Sales Consultants who are passionate about fitness and exceptional customer experiences. You will build relationships, understand members' goals and help them choose the right membership.

In this role you will conduct club tours, drive membership growth through outreach and events, and exceed sales targets with a consultative, member-focused approach. You'll promote Personal Training, Group Exercise, Spa and more while delivering outstanding service.

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective members and deliver a personalised sales experience.
• Conduct exceptional club tours that showcase the full Third Space experience.
• Drive membership growth through outreach, events, local networking and lead generation activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through a consultative, member-focused approach.
• Understand individual goals and recommend the most appropriate membership solution.
• Promote the wider Third Space offering, including Personal Training, Group Exercise, Spa, Medical and Natural Fitness Food services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the club to create a seamless member experience.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to every interaction.
