Job summary

Nuffield Health Croydon Central Front of House Team Member is a permanent, part-time role (16 hours per week) supporting reception and member experiences. The role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and basic computer skills with Word and Excel.

Lifeguard training provision is included for break coverage and safety. The successful candidate will greet members and visitors, handle inquiries with empathy, and help maintain a welcoming, professional club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work 16 hours per week and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception, including attention to detail and initiative.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training on site for Lifeguard breaks.
