Job summary

Nuffield Health in Warwick is seeking a Receptionist on a bank contract to greet members and visitors, and to help run the front of house. You will handle queries, support the reception and café areas, and contribute to a welcoming, healthy environment.

This ad-hoc role requires flexible availability and strong customer service, with basic Word/Excel skills. Lifeguard break coverage may be required. Join us and support a first-class gym experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Ad-hoc bank shifts with flexible availability.
• Willing to undergo Lifeguard training if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way
• Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
