Job summary

Nuffield Health Warwick is looking for a receptionist on a bank contract to greet members and visitors across the club. You will deliver friendly, professional customer care at reception and in the café areas.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, confidence on the phone and with people, plus basic IT (Word and Excel) and a flexible, proactive approach. This ad-hoc role offers pay up to £12.84 per hour and is designed to fit around business needs, with lifeguard cover training where

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills for front-of-house roles.
• Ability to greet members and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Competence with basic IT tools such as Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way
• Support the café team, with preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
