Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Front of House Team Member in Oxfordshire. The role involves greeting members, handling inquiries, and supporting the reception and café areas with a friendly, professional environment.

You will need strong communication skills, be flexible and proactive, with basic Word/Excel ability. The position is part-time (8 hours/week) with a pro rata salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to club members and visitors.
• Greet guests and handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate flexible, motivated approach and basic IT skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answer queries, ensure everyone feels valued
• Support the café team with preparing and serving healthy food and drinks
• Be able to swim to a high standard and undergo training at site for Lifeguard breaks
