Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a dynamic Gym Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards and drive member growth at our Swansea site. You will work with the General Manager to develop the business, motivate a team, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

The role requires a proven management background in leisure, a strong customer service ethos, and a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, with a track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining facility standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management position within a leisure related industry.
• Strong customer service focus with inspirational leadership.
• Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
