The role demands a proactive leader with experience in leisure or sport, capable of supervising teams, delivering programs and contributing to commercial growth. Location is Bournemouth; salary is pro rata with progression potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the fitness facilities and support the growth of SportBU's health and fitness offering.
• Work on a shift rota that includes early mornings, evenings and weekends to ensure safe, compliant and customer‑focused services.
• Act as Duty Manager during shifts, supervise staff, and help deliver sport, fitness programming and commercial objectives.
