Job summary

VRS-UK is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the English countryside. The role leads day-to-day cleanroom manufacturing operations in a regulated environment, ensuring product quality and timely release.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant science/engineering degree and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on GxP compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GxP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in cleanroom operations.
• Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Confident managing change in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent communication, team leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team in a GxP-regulated cleanroom environment.
• Organise production space and workflow, ensuring processes run efficiently and to schedule.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level.
• Enforce GxP standards across all production activities; support documentation creation and reviews.
• Act as subject matter expert during audits, inspections and quality investigations.
