Job summary

Damco Spain SL is seeking a GWO Basic Safety Training Instructor to join our Humber Region team in the UK. The role focuses on delivering engaging GWO training for onshore and offshore wind environments, combining practical and classroom learning with ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent), proven training experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
Experience delivering practical training, coaching, or instruction.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel around the UK.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based training programmes.
Develop knowledge across multiple GWO and safety disciplines.
Travel to training centres and client locations throughout the UK.
Be supported through ongoing professional development and instructor training.
Play a key role in preparing personnel to work safely in challenging environments.
Deliver and assess training in accordance with GWO standards and company procedures.
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to delegates.
Maintain training equipment in a safe and serviceable condition.
Represent the company professionally and uphold company values.
