Tapi Carpets is seeking a proactive store team member in the United Kingdom to help drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will deputise for the Store Manager when needed and assist in daily store operations, aiming to exceed targets and keep the store looking its best.

You will train and motivate the team, use Tapi systems to input orders accurately, and handle customer queries with confidence.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to hit sales targets and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
