Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering programmes involving PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
• Practical understanding of policy administration or billing processes and how platform changes affect business operations.
• Evidence of your own delivery responsibilities, whether at team, workstream or programme level.
• Confidence working with technical specialists and challenging dependencies, estimates and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Translating migration objectives into practical plans, milestones and clear ownership.
• Coordinating dependencies across configuration, integration, data migration, testing and business readiness.
• Working with insurance stakeholders to clarify priorities and resolve decisions affecting delivery.
• Bringing together distributed teams, implementation partners and internal technology functions.
• Tracking progress against delivery evidence, identifying blockers early and driving resolution.
• Supporting test readiness, defect prioritisation and business acceptance.
• Planning release and cutover activities, operational handover and post-migration stabilisation.
• For senior roles, leading governance, managing escalations and giving sponsors a clear view of delivery confidence.

Moving to Guidewire Cloud requires delivery teams who understand the insurance operation as well as the programme plan.

SR2 Consulting is seeking delivery specialists with PolicyCenter or BillingCenter experience to support migration programmes involving global business and technology teams.

We're interested in consultants through to senior delivery and programme leads. Your responsibilities will reflect your experience, from coordinating a defined area of delivery to leading complex workstreams and managing dependencies across the programme.

The work could include

• Translating migration objectives into practical plans, milestones and clear ownership.




• Coordinating dependencies across configuration, integration, data migration, testing and business readiness.




• Working with insurance stakeholders to clarify priorities and resolve decisions affecting delivery.

What we're looking for

• Experience coordinating across geographically distributed teams.




• Strong stakeholder judgement and a structured approach to risks, decisions and accountability.

Particularly valuable

Experience with Guidewire Cloud migrations, upgrades or major implementations, especially where you have helped manage business continuity, testing, cutover or operational readiness.
