SR2 Consulting is seeking delivery specialists with PolicyCenter or BillingCenter experience to support migration programmes involving global business and technology teams. The work spans planning, coordination, and governance across distributed teams.

We value directly responsible delivery experience and the ability to manage dependencies and stakeholder expectations. Senior roles involve governance, escalations and delivering clear delivery confidence to sponsors.

Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering programmes involving PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
• Practical understanding of policy administration or billing processes and how platform changes affect business operations.
• Evidence of your own delivery responsibilities, whether at team, workstream or programme level.
• Confidence working with technical specialists and challenging dependencies, estimates and readiness.

Responsabilités

• Translating migration objectives into practical plans, milestones and clear ownership.
• Coordinating dependencies across configuration, integration, data migration, testing and business readiness.
• Working with insurance stakeholders to clarify priorities and resolve decisions affecting delivery.
• Bringing together distributed teams, implementation partners and internal technology functions.
• Tracking progress against delivery evidence, identifying blockers early and driving resolution.
• Supporting test readiness, defect prioritisation and business acceptance.
• Planning release and cutover activities, operational handover and post-migration stabilisation.
• For senior roles, leading governance, managing escalations and giving sponsors a clear view of delivery confidence.
