Job summary

Infosys Consulting - Europe is seeking a Guidewire Lead Consultant to anchor technical and functional delivery on Guidewire programmes, from greenfield implementations to cloud migrations. You will design solutions, lead a team of analysts and developers, and advise client stakeholders on roadmaps and value realization.

You will track biannual Guidewire releases, assess impact, and guide upgrade plans to maximize business value while staying aligned with standards.

Qualifications

8+ years in insurance technology, with at least 5 years on Guidewire implementations and at least 2 full lifecycles in a lead or design authority role.
Hands-on depth in at least one Guidewire product (PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter) and knowledge of others.
Guidewire certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter.
Mentor and motivate technical analysts and developers.
Oversee configuration, product model, UI, rules, workflows and integrations.
Shape integration patterns with rating engines, document generation, payments, CRM, data platforms and third-party data providers.
Assess each upcoming Guidewire release for impact and value and feed into upgrade paths.
Be the escalation point for complex defects across SIT, UAT and hypercare.
Produce and maintain solution designs, technical specs, and process flows.
