Job summary

Premier Inn Bristol City Centre is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of the hotel's dining team. You’ll contribute to breakfast and dinner service, work alongside colleagues and ensure meals are plated and presented well.

You’ll join a busy kitchen with 20 contracted hours per week, evenings and weekends. The role includes training, staff discounts on stays, and pension/savings benefits as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
