LeisureSK in Stamford is looking for a part-time receptionist to warmly welcome visitors and handle a variety of queries. You will promote activities and products, take payments, and help maintain a friendly, efficient reception area.

Flexible shifts (Mondays 3-8pm and Sundays 8:30am-4pm) may be split between staff, with overtime coverage as needed. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly with people of all ages, handle cash accurately, and support booking systems while upholding health

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers, guests, contractors and stakeholders to LeisureSK with a warm, professional greeting.
• Handle a range of queries face-to-face, on the phone or by email in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Promote activities and products, including memberships and merchandise.
• Take and process payments, cash up at the end of shift as required.
• Manage the reception area, maintain displays and ensure information is up to date.
• Ensure visitor sign-in and adherence to health and safety procedures.
