Job Description

Welcome to Wilde, part of Staycity Group, a thriving and rapidly expanding aparthotel operator across Europe! We are opening multiple new properties annually in iconic cities like London, Dublin, Berlin, Edinburgh, Paris, and Venice.

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented Guest Services Manager at Wilde Aldgate. You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and lead a dedicated team. Your leadership will inspire your team to exceed expectations and deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the front desk operations and liaise with all departments
  2. Greet guests warmly and professionally
  3. Monitor and respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints
  4. Verify payments and manage check-in procedures
  5. Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring service standards
  6. Address and resolve guest issues proactively
  7. Lead and support the team daily
  8. Act as Deputy Front Office Manager in their absence
Required Skills and Experience
  1. At least 2 years management experience at a similar front desk role
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  3. Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
  4. Experience with Opera PMS
  5. Leadership qualities and motivation skills
  6. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
