Join the opening team of Europe’s largest Moxy Hotel as a Guest Service Manager and help create unforgettable guest experiences from day one. We're looking for someone energetic, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality to lead our front-of-house team and bring the Moxy vibe to life.

As Guest Service Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel—leading the crew, owning the guest journey, and ensuring every interaction is fun, smooth, and on-brand. You’ll create a welcoming, buzzing lobby environment and handle everything from check-in to vibe control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
