Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Services Assistant - Reception at Ibis Styles York Centre. You will be the welcoming face, handling bookings, check-ins, and guest requests while supporting across hotel departments. The role features a 3-shift pattern (8am–8pm) with weekend work.

You’ll connect with guests, share local knowledge, and contribute to a memorable stay through friendly, proactive service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks calmly.
• Strong communication and local area knowledge.

Please note: the shift pattern for the role is 3 shifts per week 8am to 8pm and includes weekend work.
