Job summary

Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking an energetic Guest Services Agent to join on a casual, flexible basis. You will be among the first faces guests see, delivering a memorable and luxurious welcome with attention to detail.

Role requires a warm personality, strong communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Full training provided to equip you for outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest-facing experience preferred but training is provided.
• Positive, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival with a genuine, friendly and professional experience.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to guestrooms when required.
• Support guests with enquiries, directions and local area information.
• Coordinate transportation requests and assist with arrivals and departures.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming arrival experience throughout the hotel.
• Collaborate with Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Adhere to health, safety and security standards.
