The Stanwell Hotel by Mercure invites a Guest Service Team Member to deliver warm, efficient guest service at the property. This role is part-time and located in Stanwell, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.

You will assist with check-ins, bookings and guest inquiries, using your approachable demeanor and local knowledge to enhance each stay. You’ll collaborate across departments and contribute to a welcoming guest journey.
