Job summary

Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Commis Chef for The Stanwell Hotel by Mercure. This part-time role sits in the Kitchen department, with a compensation of £12.71 per hour. You will support the kitchen across prep and service, learning across sections from larder to hot pass, and help with deliveries and restocking to ensure smooth operations.

You will work to high hygiene standards and be an essential part of a brigade that creates memorable guest experiences with passion and precision.

You'll play a central role in supporting the kitchen team across prep and service for all our food and beverage outlets - helping to create fantastic guest experiences from the ground up. Whether you're dicing, plating, or restocking, your consistency and care make you an essential part of the brigade
