Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Guest Service Assistant for our Liverpool hotel. You will be the friendly first point of contact, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

Responsibilities include processing bookings, coordinating with housekeeping, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, energetic individuals who enjoy helping guests will thrive in this role.
