Job summary

Cedar Court Bradford is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade at the hotel. You will contribute to delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences across our restaurant and events, supporting daily kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with our Guest Service Team to deliver a seamless dining experience for both restaurant and corporate guests.
• Plan for Impact: Support and help deliver high-volume events with a keen eye on exceeding expectations and maintaining standards.

Situated just off the M62 and M606, our Bradford Hotel sits at the heart of one of the region's most connected business corridors, with easy reach of both Bradford city centre and Leeds. The hotel is a substantial operation with 131 bedrooms, a busy restaurant and bar, extensive conference and events facilities, and on-site leisure. We serve a varied mix of guests from corporate, conferences, events, weddings through to leisure breaks.

We’re searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade at Cedar Court Hotel. This is an opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences across our restaurant and events.

As Chef de Partie you will support the Kitchen Brigade with the following:
