Job summary

The Hoxton is seeking a housekeeping attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure brand standards are upheld, report any defects, and support a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

You will handle linen logistics, assist on back-of-house tasks, and participate in safety trainings while delivering friendly guest care and maintaining high audit standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Attention to detail to keep rooms to the highest standards for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards and presentation.
• Report maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors.
• Ensure guest rooms meet quality audit standards.
• Clean and service public areas to brand standards and presentation.
• Report maintenance defects in public areas and back of house.
• Ensure public areas meet brand standards and quality audits.
• Maintain exterior areas including entrances and loading bays.
• Oversee delivery and collection of linen daily.
• Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores.
