Accor’s The Hoxton, Holborn is seeking a Linen Porter to join our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards, and for the daily management of linen and supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards and presentation.
• Report maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors via KnowCross.
• Ensure guest rooms meet brand standards and quality audits.
• Oversee daily delivery and collection of linen and terry.
• Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores; keep storage areas clean.
• Keep guest floors clean and well maintained at all times.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Adhere to Health and Safety standards and report breaches to Head Housekeeper.
• Handle cleaning materials safely and be aware of COSHH regulations.
• Attend all required training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
• Provide the highest level of customer care and responsive service to guests.
