Job summary

The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Room Attendant to join our team in London. You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards, maintaining public areas, and supporting the housekeeping team to deliver a warm, high-quality guest experience.

You will report any maintenance issues, handle linen deliveries, and ensure safety practices are followed. A positive, guest-focused attitude is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail to keep rooms and areas to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards and presentation.
• Report maintenance defects in rooms and on floors via KnowCross.
• Clean and service public areas and back of house to brand standards.
• Oversee linen and towel delivery/collection and keep stores stocked.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and COSHH regulations observed.
• Support housekeeping team with ad-hoc tasks and training attendance.
