Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards and maintain presentation.
• Report maintenance defects via KnowCross.
• Oversee linen and terry delivery and collection daily.
• Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and stores.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety standards including COSHH.
