Dakota Manchester Airport is seeking a friendly Concierge with a full UK driving licence to provide luggage assistance, valet parking and guest transport. Roles include full-time, part-time, and night shifts, across 37.5–37.5 hours weekly.

You will work closely with Reception to ensure a seamless guest experience. Highlights include airport transfers using Mercedes Vito or BMW, flexible shifts, and a strong focus on hospitality and proactive service.

Formación

• Experience as Concierge, Doorperson or security is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence with max 6 points and aged 25+.
• Having held a full UK driving licence for 5+ years is preferred.
• Flexible with shift patterns and able to assist across departments.
• Willingness to deliver exceptional guest service and benefit the team.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with bag portering, coordinating with Reception.
• Drive airport transfer vehicle to chauffeur guests and assist with baggage.
• Carry out valet parking and manage hotel cars.
• Provide consistent, high-quality guest service aligned with brand values.
• Collaborate with Reception and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Manage group arrivals and assist with restaurant bookings or directions.
