You will perform patrols, verify ages under Challenge 21, provide first aid if needed, assist with evacuations, monitor vulnerabilities, and support management on health and safety during events. You will collaborate with teams to deliver smooth operations.

• Perform random searches at entrances to enhance security without affecting guest experience.
• Support management with staff searches when required.
• Monitor attendance, searches, and Challenge 21 compliance; keep reports updated.
• Attend briefings and monthly team meetings to stay aligned with security efforts.
• Assist with health and safety risk assessments and legal obligations for events.
• Coordinate with suppliers, handle client queries, and troubleshoot during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
