Job summary

Soho House in Banbury is seeking a Room Service Operator to ensure the quality and efficiency of all food and beverage service and amenities for guests in their rooms. This hands-on, guest-facing role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service and strong organisational skills.

Take and process room service orders promptly, coordinate delivery times with kitchen and floor teams, and upsell offerings while maintaining knowledge of the menu.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy hospitality venue is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take and process all room service orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of all food, drink, and amenity offerings to guide guest choices and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate delivery times with floor teams to ensure timely service and presentation.
• Follow up on guest requests and feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues.
• Ensure all communications are warm, professional and efficient.
