• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar guest services role.
• Excellent customer service and guest handling.
• Strong hospitality ethos and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Offer efficient friendly service at front desk and handle telephone inquiries.
• Ensure staff know booking procedures to maximise sales.
• Co-operate with all hotel departments to provide reports and information on request.
• Keep front desk presentable and adequately staffed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services and local area.
• Maximise room revenues in line with company standards.
