Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a friendly Front Office Team Member to join our busy hotel in Brentwood. As the first point of contact for guests, you will welcome arrivals, handle check‑in and check‑out, answer questions and ensure a smooth start to every stay.

Working closely with colleagues across departments, you will maintain high standards of service, manage reservations, and keep guest information accurate. A positive, guest‑centric attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in busy periods.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.
• Respond to guest enquiries and concerns promptly to make guests feel valued.
• Manage reservations, phone calls and emails, and keep guest information accurate.
• Support admin tasks such as billing, records and reports with care and accuracy.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
