LGH Hotels Management is seeking a friendly Front Office Team Member for the Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, Jct.28. You will be the first contact for guests, checking them in/out and guiding their stay with a calm, welcoming approach.

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused attitude for a Front Office role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest inquiries and reservations.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly at check-in/check-out.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly.
• Handle phone calls and emails; manage reservations and guest info.
• Assist with billing, record-keeping and reporting.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure a smooth guest journey.
