This role emphasizes upselling, maintaining a clean dining environment, and supporting the hotel team. Training through the Dalata Academy helps you grow, with opportunities to advance within the group.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Micros is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests warmly and address them by name where possible.
• Provide knowledge of food and wine and make recommendations.
• Serve guests with food and beverages and maintain cleanliness of bar and dining areas.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever possible.
