LQ Resorts is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our F&B team at Ufford Park Resort in Woodbridge. You will deliver warm, friendly service to guests, assist with restaurant, function and conference service, and help maintain high standards of food safety and presentation.

The role involves setting up and clearing tables, taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education and willing to learn
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Reliable and able to work under pressure as a team or alone
• Flexible approach to work
• Excellent standard of personal appearance and hygiene

Responsabilités

• Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests
• Set up, prepare and provide service for restaurants, functions and conferences
• Greet guests, seat them and provide menus promptly
• Take orders and relay to kitchen/bar promptly and accurately
• Ensure food and beverage orders are delivered safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across FOH areas and tables
• Handle guest feedback and report to management
• Follow cash, till and service procedures
• Support back-of-house service points for meal periods
