Hotel Indigo Gloucester is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for a 4-hour-per-week fixed-term contract ending 10 January 2027. You will earn £13.15 per hour, plus service charge, and enjoy a range of employee benefits within a supportive, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Experience with working with customers in a busy environment.
• Enthusiastic about delivering great service and great food and drinks.
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve meals and beverages with personalised recommendations.
• Communicate menu details and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Work with F&B and Kitchen teams to maintain high service standards and allergen awareness.
• Deliver high-quality guest service and maintain a welcoming environment.
