Job summary

Hotel Indigo Gloucester is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team on an 8-hour-per-week contract, delivering high-quality guest service and a warm welcome. You will work with our F&B team to provide menu knowledge and personalised recommendations.

You will earn £13.15 per hour plus service charge, enjoy meals on duty, 28 days holiday (up to 33 pro rata), and staff discounts across IHG properties and partner stores worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Experience with working with customers in a busy environment.
• Enthusiastic about delivering great service and great food and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our guests, taking orders and serving our guests with menu knowledge and personalised recommendations.
• Work with wider F&B team to ensure high-quality guest experiences and allergen awareness.
• Communicate clearly and positively to provide a welcoming environment.
