Job summary

Hotel Indigo Gloucester is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant on an 8-hour per week contract, earning £13.15 per hour plus service charge. You will join a welcoming team and help deliver high-quality food and beverages to guests in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Experience with working with customers in a busy environment
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
• Excellent guest service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, taking orders and serving in a hospitality setting
• Communicate menu recommendations and provide personalised service
• Coordinate with F&B and Kitchen teams to ensure allergen information is accurate
