Hotel Indigo Gloucester is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for a 4-hour-per-week fixed-term contract ending 10 January 2027. You will earn £13.15 per hour, plus service charge, and enjoy a range of employee benefits within a supportive, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

A Fixed-Term opportunity to join Hotel Indigo Gloucester as a Food & Beverage Assistant and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life on a 4-hour per week contract!

This is a Fixed-Term assignment, ending on the 10th of January 2027. You will earn £13.15 per hour, plus service charge.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you enjoy variety and are at your best when being part of a team as well as being enthusiastic about delivering first-rate guest service through delivering high-quality food & beverages to all guests.

Your main duties will be:

Greeting our guests, taking orders and serving our guests (you will be communicating with our guests and knowledgeable of the menu to provide recommendations and a personalised service)

experience working in a similar role within a Hospitality environment is desired but mostly we are looking for someone with a warm and authentic personality!

Working in a team to create an excellent environment for our guests, staying aware intolerances and allergies (you will be working closely with our wider F&B team and Kitchen team to ensure our guests have an excellent experience, you will communicate in a positive and clear manner and be aware of existing allergen information and training)

excellent communication and personable skills are essential for this role!

To succeed as Food & Beverage Assistant, you will need:

• To be enthusiastic about delivering great service and great food and drinks
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
