Job summary

Premier Inn Stratford-upon-Avon Waterways is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; pay up to £13.06 per hour with 16 guaranteed hours weekly on a permanent contract. No hotel experience needed; full training provided and opportunities to develop your career.

Qualifications

• Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.
• If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
