Millennium Hotels in Cardiff is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd team. You will provide friendly service at breakfast and/or dinner, take orders, handle payments, and help ensure smooth operations in a busy beverage environment.

The role requires hospitality experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a large team. Salary is up to £12.71 per hour, with flexible shifts and opportunities for training and benefits daily

Qualifications

• Previous beverage service experience
• Attentive, professional customer service
• Ability to work well in a large team
• Experience with payment processing (Micros advantageous)
