Hotel Voco Southampton is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional guest service and memorable dining experiences. You will help prep and serve food and drinks, maintain dining areas, and assist with events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas in line with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Support the Food and Beverage team with setup, clearing tables, restocking supplies and inventory tasks.
• Assist with coordination and execution of events and functions.
• Ensure dining areas are well-stocked and presented to a high standard.
