Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Food and Beverage Assistant to ensure guests have a first-class dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and handle payments while maintaining a clean dining area.

You will restock supplies and assist with food preparation as needed, working flexibly to support the wider hotel operations. The role emphasises exceptional guest service, team collaboration and alignment with Aimbridge’s four pillars: People, Product, Guest,

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage is not required, but you should be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues across the hotel to provide excellent service.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organised dining area.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
