Job summary

voco Winchester Hotel & Spa is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Assistant to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering friendly, attentive service in our bars and restaurants and helping ensure every guest leaves impressed.

You’ll lead by example, keeping the dining areas well presented and clean, coordinating with colleagues to deliver a smooth, efficient service and a memorable guest journey.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant who is passionate and motivated to deliver 5 -star customer service.
• You will be naturally engaging, confident and outgoing with the ability to have authentic and genuine conversations with our guests.
• All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an efficient yet relaxed service that guests won’t forget by serving food and drinks and ensuring the bar and restaurant areas are well presented, clean and tidy.
• Take pride in your work and help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests from arrival to departure.
• Lead by example in all that you do to exceed guest experiences and support the team in delivering outstanding hospitality.
