Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Macclesfield North is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, check in, help with breakfast or dinner, and keep public areas tidy while ensuring a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; 12 guaranteed hours per week. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour with a permanent contract and training from day one.

No hotel experience required; friendly, calm under pressure, and proactive candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
