Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced bowling and leisure centre. You’ll welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and help run parties or events with enthusiasm and energy.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; you’ll be trained across areas and supported for career development with apprenticeships and internal programmes. A great start to a rewarding hospitality role.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills suitable for a fast-paced leisure environment.
• Ability to stay energetic and positive during shifts.
• Capable of working well within a supportive team.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Basic reading and writing, numeracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service across the centre.
• Assist with food and beverage service and maintain cleanliness.
• Support guests during events and parties, ensuring a safe experience.
• Follow shift patterns and handle busy periods with professionalism.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere and upsell where appropriate.
