Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Team Member to be at the centre of the customer journey within our busy bowling and dining centres. You will welcome guests, host parties, and help serve food and drink while delivering upbeat, friendly service.

We provide training, apprenticeship and management programmes, optional pension, enhanced holiday entitlements, and staff discounts. Shifts cover evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Great customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, supportive and helpful team player.
• Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at reception, host parties, or serve food and drink from our bar and diner.
• Provide support across the centre and may work in the kitchen if required.
